In-Person Registration Fees

All registration fees are in Canadian dollars.

Early Bird Registration Fee (up to and including Sunday, October 4, 2026)

Regular Registration Fee (Monday, October 5, 2026, to Sunday, October 25, 2026)

$675.00

Late Registration Fee (Monday, October 26, 2026, to Sunday, November 1, 2026)

$775.00

 

In Person Registration fee includes:

Monday, November 16, 2026 

  •  Annual General Meeting
  • Trends in Nursing Presentation
  • Awards Recognition Event
  • Networking Reception and exhibitor viewing (Monday evening)

and the following food and beverage offerings will be provided:

  • A.M. refreshments and a light snack
  • Lunch
  • Appetizers and one ticket for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink (reception)

Tuesday, November 17, 2026 

  •  Undergraduate/Graduate Education Forum 

and the following food and beverage offerings will be provided:

  •  Breakfast
  • A.M. refreshment break
  • Lunch 

Any other expenses related to the Council meeting are the responsibility of the registrants. 

 

Virtual registration fee

The virtual registration fee includes: 

  • Live Zoom access to the Council welcome and opening remarks, Indigenous blessing, and Annual General Meeting on Monday, November 16, 2026, from 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST.
