REGISTER
The annual CASN Council Meeting is an opportunity for nursing administrative leaders and faculty to discuss issues facing nursing education and to collaborate with other educators in Canada. Each member school is invited to bring associate, assistant deans, directors, and faculty members to the Council meeting, in addition to the voting dean, director, or chair.

- Monday, November 17, 2025 – 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, November 18, 2025 – 8:30 a.m.

Registration fees:
- $550: Early bird price (up to and including Friday, October 3, 2025) – In person registration fee includes breakfast on Tuesday only, lunches (on both days), break refreshments, appetizers and one complimentary non-alcoholic drink ticket during the networking reception.
- $650: Regular price (Saturday, October 4, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 2025) – In person registration includes breakfast on Tuesday only, lunches (on both days), break refreshments, appetizers and one complimentary non-alcoholic drink ticket during the networking reception.
- $750: Late price (Saturday, November 1, 2025, to Friday, November 7, 2025) – In person registration includes breakfast on Tuesday only, lunches (on both days), break refreshments, appetizers and one complimentary non-alcoholic drink ticket during the networking reception.
- Free: Virtual option for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) only on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST

Grandmother Irene, a co-founder of Minwaashin lodge celebrating 32 years of work there. She is an inter-generational survivor of the residential school system. her work at the lodge supports women survivors of lethal violence, assisting them with safety plans, stabilization, healing, and employment & education achievement.

Lillian Alberry is an educational researcher and innovator with over 15 years of experience in higher education, specializing in instructional design, simulation-based learning, and digital transformation. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Digital Transformation and Innovation at the University of Ottawa, where her research explores the intersection of virtual reality, simulation, accessibility, and AI in nursing and health professions education.
Dr. Keisha Jefferies is Ancestral Black Nova Scotia nurse scientist, an Assistant Professor and a University Research Chair in the School of Nursing at Dalhousie University. She is the Director of MBRACe (Multidisciplinary lack Research and Advocacy Centre), which is a research hub dedicated to fostering inclusivity in nursing, advancing Black population health, and supporting the future generation of transformative nurse leaders. MBRACe builds on Dr. Jefferies’ doctoral research, which was funded by prestigious provincial and federal awards including Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships, Killam Trust and Research Nova Scotia.
